[06-Apr-2014] Sonja spent my deposit as soon as she got it. Due to her not fulfilling her promises, and becoming psychotic about her belief that there is treasure in the yard, I had to move 9 months before my lease was up.

This woman is not mentally sound,and does not keep her word EVER. The only reason I agreed above with "communicated in a timely manner" is because she called, texted or banged on my door AT LEAST once a day.

She goes by Sonja and Lady. If you are considering renting from her, run in the other direction.
