[01-Aug-2012] Peter was my landlord for 12/11 through 08/12. He was very uncommunicative and spoke to me quite disrespectfully.

When we called about an electrical issue, he wanted to show the apartment that afternoon. When I said no, because we need 24 hours notice legally, he acted like I was in the wrong.

My roommates and I are worried he will withhold our deposit
