[21-Aug-2012] This woman as the landlord, is in fact a long term tenant. the owner seems to have abdicated any responsibility , so with no regard for law or decency. the rent for the house is 1100 per month, she charges 750 for one room and 800 for another. She lives rent free and collects an income on top of that....which goes un-reported to IRS or others. Should problems arise and they will.....she goes from zero to 100 at the drop of a hat and evicts the tenant....and then calls in friends of hers to threaten and intimidate the tenant with strong arm tactics BEWARE!!!
