COMMENTS (1)
[06-Apr-2013] George murdered his first wife and is unstable. He will remove light bulbs from public areas, go thru your property, enter your apartment unlawfully, steals property...the list goes on and on. Gas range broken - try to light front right burner. Kitchen faucet broken - try to turn it on all the way and then off. It will leak and it tough to work with. Ceiling fan in living room does not work. Landlord does not clean or paint in between tenants. Lead paint is cracked. One outlet in kitchen - cannot plug in a toaster and a microwave. Landlord is VERY VERY VERY loud at 7am on weekends and during the week. He is up moving furniture in the middle of the night. He fights with his wife and tenants can hear every single word!!!House is old, so 1st floor hears everything, but landlords music is unreasonably loud. Basement floors get very wet when it rains. The window in the back hall cannot close. Think about that when it is subzero outside. No air conditioning. Faucets leak, so it becomes very humid in the house in the summer. Landlord goes through tenants belongings if stored in basement. Refrigerator is sporadically very cold or too warm. On a number of occasions we found ice on cheese and frozen lettuce and produce. Black mold in shower. Toilet runs. One outlet in bathroom - cannot dry hair and have flat iron heating. Or toothbrush plugged in. Etc. Landlord was banging on door 87 days before the lease ends demanding to know then and there if I would be renewing (am I nuts?). The next night he opened my front door, scanned the apartment and left. I was alone in the apartment and he said NOTHING! Creepy. Frankly I am concerned that he is off his medication - very scary to be a tenant here. Very, very upsetting.
