COMMENTS (1)
[22-Sep-2012] These landlords did not refund any money. They came up with many charges, which I only suspect were fabricated to accommodate their own financial situation. These homeowners are constantly struggling to stay "afloat" financially, and I would not be surprised if they do this to tenants in the future. They are musicians, and neither of them have full-time jobs. They will exploit their tenants to fuel their music career, and they could care less. Watch out.
