| [03-Jun-2013] Charles likes to send threatening emails to his tenants. Here are some samples, from my last month in the apartment, when I declined some realtors to view the apartment because I was getting 38 calls a day for showings. " Hi [name redacted], What are you telling the real estate agents? ...You are REALLY creating a problem for yourself here. QUIT THE NON-SENSE AND STOP OBSTRUCTING THE SHOWINGS, or we're going to have some serious, serious problems. You REALLY do not want to test me.
