[10-Oct-2012] We lived in this apartment for a little over a year. This woman is a drunk who cannot manage money or her own properties so she hires people to do it for her. In the time we were living in her property, both managers quit their jobs because she was so violently unreasonable. Many of the times we dealt with Clifford, she was already drunk. In fact, her property managers made a point of talking to her in the morning due to the fact that she was wasted by 10 am. During our time there, black mold was growing everywhere. Also there was a very big termite problem - which when we first noticed, we notified her and her property manager immediately, but nothing was done and now there is a hole in the floor. Our bills were ridiculously high because the house was falling apart and she hadn't had the house sprayed for insects or rodents in over a year because she "lost the phone number" which caused us to have roaches and mice. I don't understand how she managed to get a new tenant. The house is not livable by any standard of living. In terms of her behavior towards us, she was rude, insulting, and demeaning. Of course we didn't get our security deposit back despite cleaning the entire house. She claims it was dirty, but how would she know as she wasn't even in town when we moved out and didn't see the house until someone else had moved in. We took the best care of her house that we could, but she couldn't give a care in the world about her properties.
