[13-Oct-2012] NEVER. i repeat NEVER rent from Laura Morone. She makes promises to tenants and never follows through with them. Get everything in writing because you cant simply go by "her word" like she says. She is very sneaky and money hungry. Throughout my stay where i rented from Ms. Morone, people would walk by the house and scream "f*** Laura!". I confronted one of these people and they told me that they rented from Ms. Morone the previous year and had to take her to court because she scammed them. Thankfully they won the court case! Unfortunately i am now experiencing problems with Ms. Morone very similar to the ones her previous renter encountered. She is also one of the rudest people i have ever dealt with. Please , whatever you do, dont ever rent from this woman. Save yourself the aggravation. She will take you for all you're worth.
