[23-Oct-2012] This landlord is horrible. He didn't fix things in a timely manner, and when he fixed something it wasn't done correctly, and would just break again. The landlord is also very rude and yelled at me on the phone and hung up on me and then wouldn't take my calls. The lease is also written to only protect the landlord, and states that the tenet is responsible for fixing almost everything. When we moved out, he also charged us for a sprinkler system that was broken that we didn't even know about. I would never rent from them again, nor would I recommend anyone else rent from them!!
