| [12-Dec-2012] Never was my rent check cashed within 2 weeks of receiving it, even after I had asked them to be more mindful of holding my checks. 6 months after moving out I receive a call that they just found a rent check from 10 months ago that they never cashed and proceeded to cash it within 24 hours prior to discussing it with me.
