COMMENTS (1)
[03-Dec-2012] A number of violations of the WA state Residential Landlord-Tenant Act occured throughout the duration of the one-year lease term. -failure to commence remedial action regarding the 72 hrs for major plumbing appliances also 10 days regarding any other issue that was not caused by the tenant -increased rent during a fixed term lease without consent of tenants and did so in a retaliatory manner -withheld refundable deposit as if it was a non-refundable deposit based upon normal wear and tear of household -no statement/receipt was provided regarding location of which deposit was being kept (trust account such as bank savings or loan)
