COMMENTS (1)
[15-Jan-2013] Got bedbugs in my apartment (downstairs apt) due to the upstairs tenant just moving there from a hotel room.. Landlord did absolutely nothing about it for months (didnt even buy me a spray) to the point where I had to get the health dept. involved.. ended up moving out & had to leave all my belongings behind, everything except my clothes were infested, The only reason i got to take my clothes with me was because i went straight to the laundromat. By the time i left there my 2yr old daughter had 500+ bites from head to toe.. On top of that he took way too long to repair anything and when he did finally do it, it wasnt done right. The owner also owns the Funeral home in Kerhonkson and a cpl other buildings on Pearl St.. would never ever rent from him again.
