COMMENTS (1)
[08-Mar-2007] A very "nice guy". I think he means well. He's very "live and let live". But he just WILL NOT make repairs 95% of the time. And if he does, it's in the most improvised, haphazard way. I have RAIN inside my apartment. He keeps promising he'll fix the leak but never takes any action whatsoever. He insists on month-to-month leases from all renters so you have no leverage to complain. We all have bad mold in the apartments. He told another renter, "if you don't like it, then move out."
