[12-Feb-2014] This landlord was terrible. She and her intimidating and aggressive boyfriend of many years live upstairs at the property. They invade tenant privacy by listening outside doors and looking in the front windows while working outside. They aggressively confront you when you do something they don't morally agree with, like going out drinking and coming home at 3AM (even if your an adult and are not causing a ruckus). They don't address safety concerns within the apartment. Instead of repairing stairs and railing to the front door, they built a flimsey wood ramp that no one could walk up in the winter. It was a terrible hazard. They also refused to finish the 1st floor patio by not putting rails around it, it's just a platform. Don't rent from this women. She is disrespectful, nosey, and unprofessional.
