[13-Mar-2013] This guy lied and embellished the description of his unit. What was described as an 800 sqft upper floor 1bdrm 1bath duplex was actually 396 sqft with no duplex designation(confirmed by the county assessor office). Upon inspection I got the impression this guy is a slumlord from the get go.. The Unit was not in showable condition. The floors were water damaged and rotted all over, stepping on the floors felt like you were going to fall through.. The cupboards were torn off their hinges, the windows were cracked and the A/C was missing the control panel. You could overhear him tell prospective tenants on the phone that there is no credit or background check. Totally wasted my time.
