COMMENTS (1)

[10-Apr-2007] When we turned in a list of problems they fixed a couple things but some of them broke right away. Also they just randomly gave us a new ceiling in our basement instead of just replacing the tiles we asked for them to replace. We have a problem with one of our toilets which has yet to be fixed. They sent a plumber over but he really didn't do anything, it still doesnt work and they have not responded to further requests. We had a bee hive which they promptly got rid of for us. One thing that I don't like is on Badger Football home games, they take over our lawn and park people there and get all the money. They didn't tell us this before we signed the lease and it doesn't say anything about that in the lease but they do anyways.
