| [01-May-2013] WPL Asscociates in among the rank-and-file large-scare apartment management companies, and behave as such. Impersonal is only the beginning. Question their slanted personal agenda and you are instantly branded a target. They will take every opportunity to remind you that they control your home. During my tenancy at The Meadows apartments in Albany, OR, Manager Dana Carillo has repeatedly sent 3-day "pay-or-quit" notices, only to be proven wrong and her fault - every time. She has made up and attempted to selectively enforce fictional rules, which were immediately invalidated. She has illegally vandalized my vehicle with "no parking" stickers while committing the same "offence" herself - on more than one occasion - photos can't lie. Refusal to perform move-out walk-thru, then immediately created fictional damages to bill. This was directly after WPL issued to me a "incentive" check for an entire month's rent, which was unnecessary in a "no cause" state. They clearly tried to recover the bribe check. Very shady and as dishonest as the day is long. These are but a few examples - I have a considerable amount of further evidence of the underhanded tactics committed my WPL Associates, and have all the necessary evidence to support these claims. | |
