COMMENTS (1)
[28-May-2013] I rented from Ted 7/12 to 7/13. We were lied to right off the bat. He told us he would put in a dishwasher, and 2 weeks after we signed we asked about it and he said he would put it in but raise our rent if he did. Bait and Switch. The house had terrible old appliances that were constantly having issues. We had a roach and ant problem that he gave us 2 of these plug in noisemaker things that did NOTHING.. the ants and roaches crawled on them all the time. We had leaks from the AC and clogged sinks right from day 1. He actually doesn't have a lease on file for us.. he gave me the lease to sign and have my room mate sign, but we forgot and never gave it back to him... shows how organized this guy is. Around march/april I lost my job and fell behind on rent. He came in and said we had 4-5 days to get out. When I told him he had to file for eviction or at least give us a 30 day notice he called me a "Worthless Asshole". I wish I would have read reviews on this guy before moving in. Save yourself the time and hassle and DO NOT rent from him.
