[03-Jun-2013] This landlord was extremely unprofessional. He threatened to evict numerous times, each with false accusations. When I informed him about the garage ceiling leak, he accused my roommate of creating it by filling up the tub, or making a "swimming pool" for his 1 year old son's bath time. There was no water visible anywhere in the apartment except for the leak. This repair took 3 months. The building itself is old and in need of many repairs including new doorknobs that don't lock (hallway restroom.) As for this landlord's character, he is very aggressive and offensive. Each time we communicated, he seemed to be trying to assert his authority or power with backhanded compliments or straight out verbal abuse. He said negative things about me to my roommate, and then would turn around and say negative things about my roommate to me. While starting the moving out process this landlord threatened my girlfriend by calling the cops on her to leave the property due to his ridiculous parking rule outside of the garage; this threat after the fact of telling him I was aware of the rule but would not be long, no more than 30min. When my roommate and I completed the move away from this residence I was informed by my past roommate that the landlord had called him threatening to file a police report for vandalism and trespassing, due to trash left behind by my roommate on short move out notice. Plus, threatening his position at his work place stating that he knew upper management and would have him fired. Overall, this is the worst landlord I have ever encountered. He needs serious people skills, and definitely has something against women. I think he is in the landlord buss. for the money and not for the people; deff not in it to make friends. BEWARE
