| [30-May-2013] If pompous masogonistic assholes whith herpes are your thing then go ahead and rent from this guy. He rents rooms in his private home doesn't respect privacy and forget the idea of clean his house smells like a gym bag that has been left all summer with dirty laundry on it. He refuses to sign leases and changes rent every month washes dishes in cold water and gets pissed when you want to use hot. He has too many cars and way too much shit in his house. Place is filthy and unclean just like him!!! Forget about having guests over and playing any sort of music he hates it all and if you do be prepared for him to scream slam things around and repeat "it's fine" while screaming and making strange noises downstairs. Oh and forget living spaces being shared he leaves dirty laundry on the floor downstairs and changes in his living room (ewwww)! We didn't sign a lease but somehow he forged our names onto one and tried to legally come after us (my roomate and I), he opened our mail and outright stole some after we moved out. So as I said this man is about as low as they come. He treats tennants like they are his children even tho he has none of his own which speaks volumes (couldn't find someone to stay with him long enough to have kids). I'm not normally a mean person and this is sugar coating his issuesbut this man is a real piece of work The only plus and I mean ONLY is his fluffy dog Lars!!! | |
