[01-Jun-2013] Rather than discuss the landlord specifically, I will simply give you a list of issues encountered: Un-finished walls under tub left entrance for rodents of ALL sizes into our apartment. Work was requested and never done over the span of two years. When complaining about rodents, I was asked to catch, bag and leave them outside to ensure that there were multiple before any assistance was given. When rodents were scratching their way in from the ceiling, we were told to worry not, because our dogs would take care of any intruders. We were asked to pay rent only in cash. I went without heat for a week in the middle of winter 2011-2012. We went without trash removal or building maintenance for an entire summer, and were threatened with eviction in light of the founding of a tenants association in response to the lack of management. After never missing a payment, and always paying on time, rent was increased by 37% without flexibility.
