COMMENTS (1)
[04-Jul-2013] John was not only extremely unreasonable but not truthful whatsoever. While we did break the lease he was nothing but rude about it, screaming at my boyfriend and lying to him and I about the return of our security deposit and paying rent for the month we were leaving. He informed us that we would only have to pay for one week of the month we were leaving and then later informed us that he was drunk when making this decision and we would have to pay the whole month but would receive our security deposit. Then mentioned that we would not receive our security deposit because we did not give him notice of leaving. We told him June 28th that we would be leaving in July, that is enough time for him to prepare the property. He also accused my boyfriend of knowing he was going to get a new job and not informing him when my boyfriend received his contract on the 20th of June. He has been nothing but a problem and is rude. He also removed one of his tenants because of "over-visitation" of her boyfriend. I hope I never have to deal with this man again.
