[08-Jul-2013] I have 3 boys under the age of five, he would tell me they sounded like animals making noise, of course he would not get a good response from me! After his divorce matters where worse... He ALWAYS held parties until sometimes 3-4 in the morning his back yard is right under my bedroom where my youngest son slept. I sometimes had to call the authorities! The property was always full of all types of debree, garbage etc. City inspectors would come and fine him... Happened several times! Smoke/Carbon monoxide detectors in the hallway leading to the apt. I rented would sometimes go months without battery replacement. We told him several times our fridge was leaking some brown liquid and would say " its your responsibility you use it" seriously YOU ARE THE LANDLORD!! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IN THE APARTMENT BEING RENTED IS IN WORKING ORDER, IS WHAT I WOULD SAY!! THEN I CALLED SOCIAL SERVICES ON HIM!! And they also found mold in the inspection, but he didn't care did nothing about anything!! Other neighbors would park behind him blocking him and he would ring our door bell behaving beligernt and blaming us at all types of hours and even after we would ask him what the heck he was talking about to go ask the neighbours that we had nothing to do with the situation he would continue and again authorities had to be called... The list goes on and on!!!! My advise is if you have a family stay far away from this man not to mention he wakes up with a beer or glass of liquor!! If you ate looking to rent long term search elsewhere... We count out blessings on being able to move when we did, oh and expect to go to court for your security as we did, as soon as you give it to him consider it spent!
