COMMENTS (1)
[09-Sep-2013] The landlord travels out of state allot for his job and rarely around when ya need him. Expects you to go buy your own filters and put them in yourself.. Replaces defective appliances with used ones that break... Never addressed the patched carpet where the seam came undone and was tripping over it. Doesn't do proper move-in or move-out inspections. Keeps part of your deposit for repainting when new painting was never done in the first place.
