COMMENTS (1)
[15-Nov-2013] This landlord "hires" (read between the lines, under the table) a "property manager" who lives in another condo named Debbie Landreth. She is a nightmare of a person, is a habitual liar and a massive drug user. Since he lives out of state, he relies on her for everything. We waited 115 days for a dishwasher to be replaced and she brought in a worse model, used, and she had someone else (as usual) install it incorrectly. It leaked all over the tenants below us. It never got installed correctly and to this day, five months later, leaks buckets everytime it is used. The landlord does NOT care about the tenants, refused to fix broken toilets, and allows her to run the show. She went to the neighbors after three months and told them she was going to evict us (more than likely because we complained about her), she never showed up on time, we spent an average of 15 times rescheduling things and she never completed problems. She harassed us constantly via text, phone and email, often said she wouldn't deal with our bullshit, told us how her and the owner laughed at us all the time and that "we weren't dealing with a full deck". We had items stolen from our balcony, had liquid poured on my car that ate away at the paint. She gossiped and lied constantly and was a general nightmare. Found out the owner was arrested for beating his wife, he cheated on his wife with this "property manager" (and it all comes together). We paid rent on time despite that problems that still exist and are moving in two weeks. Do not, under any circumstance, rent this condo. It has not been updated at all, was not cleaned when we moved in, then the landlord had the nerve to tell us to have the carpets cleaned before we move out even though they were cleaned when we moved in. This community in one year has gotten worse, there is trash all over the complex, there is a "youth center" behind the complex with shady characters and a house that makes meth behind the wall. You do not want to live here.
