[12-Nov-2013] To anyone wanting to rent from landlord, Daniela Hughes aka Casa Estates: Try to get a hold of the lease before putting in an application fee, if possible. Read thoroughly and question her on anything. Make sure you get her answers in writing!! One of the most stressful and unfair landlords I have ever dealt with. Please rent with caution!!
