COMMENTS (1)
[25-Jun-2007] I was a little annoyed about his sensitivity toward my bicycle being in the common area and his irrational fear of garbage disposals, but otherwise Scott is easily one of the more professional people, let alone landlords, that I have ever worked with. He knew all of the rules and played by them whether to his benefit or detriment. He took the good upkeep of the building very seriously, and he was extremely courteous (and again, professional) on the one occasion that I was unable to pay my rent on time. I would rent from him again in a second if I had the option (I no longer live in or around the Chicago area).
