COMMENTS (1)
[14-Dec-2013] When I gave notice that I was moving after my first year living at this residence (she told me that parking was not a problem: she lied)the owner offered a parking spot in the driveway. I agreed to stay and regret my decision within a few months, she started to harass me and was always irrational. On a few occasions she screamed at me because I had a box of Christmas items in the side hallway. The apartment had a washer dryer combo machine that did not work properly. She said my son will fix it call him - however it was never repaired. Year 2 I decided to move and she wanted to charge me for the washer/dryer. I hired a lawyer because she failed to give me the bank information regarding my security, I was legally entitled to interest and was able to use my security deposit for rent. If you are considering to rent at this address the neighborhood is great but the opposite applies to the property owner. Good luck
