| [25-Dec-2013] Beware, this man is very dishonest and passes maintenance and wear and tear cost to the tenants. At the end of the lease, This man looked for any possible excuses to keep money from the tenant's deposit. He also tried to keep a "non refundable deposit" even though it is illegal in California. In synthesis, this man is dishonest and should be avoided !! | |||||||||
