[01-Feb-2014] She is CRAZY!! If you rent a room from her expect a sticky note complaint on your door everyday. If anything is broken in the home expect to be blamed (even if it was broken before you moved in). She advertises use of all common areas, but does not allow you to use them after you move in (she will time your bathroom visits). All appliances are literally rusted inside and at least a decade old. You will get one day a week to do laundry with a broken washing machine (and you will be blamed for it being broken after your first use). Although her behavior may be comical at times you will feel like you are camping the entire time you live here. This woman lives off of settlements from suing people and scamming renters for "repairs". Do not make the same mistake I did, the price is not worth the headache.
