[14-Mar-2014] DO NOT RENT from this guy unless you like to get screwed over. He refused to do ANY repairs to property during the entire year we lived in the house. When we moved into the house it was not clean at all or shampooed. We kept the place impeccably clean and cared for and he still came up with charges for "fees". Long story short, he kept all but $19. out of our $1500. deposit. My advice...go with your gut. If somebody appears to be a shyster, they probably are. Quite costly lesson learned. Hopefully you can learn from my horrible misadventure.
