[24-Mar-2014] This landlord is horrible the buildings run by these scumbags are bug infested and the management does not care about doing repairs properly for tenants they have 5 different buildings though out Edmonton, Alberta alone 10030 114 ST, 10025 115 ST, 10155 116 ST, 11005 98 Ave and 10513 124 ST

Keep away from this landlord they are HORRIBLE they are nothing more than pure scum and don't care about the tenants just about getting their money every month! 10030 114 ST and 10025 115 ST I know are also infested with bed bugs. Keep away from Pembroke Investments Ltd AKA Northwest Properties they are nothing but trouble!
