[20-Mar-2014] Showed up to look at one of his units only to find the place filthy, in disrepair, and hadn't been painted in ages. Appliances that were either unplugged or inoperable. Blinds that were damaged or missing.. Blood stains on the wall. Embellishes the square footage in his rental ads. Square footage was way off. Uses one of those restrictive canned leases.. Claims no smoking in his lease, but then tells you the upstairs neighbors smoke. requires in his lease that your responsible for maintenance beyond normal wear and tear.
