COMMENTS (1)
[15-May-2014] If you prefer to live with illegal activity this is your place! The landlord is a scam artist. Always putting bandages on repairs, tapping into your utilites, constantly lying, hiring ex-convicts without doing BCI'S to complete repairs. Giving ex-convict empolyees apartments on properties to rent and do illegal actions (i.e. drug usage, sex working) High levels of crime in the area. Also Mr. Biernacki tends to discriminate if your a single mother or Catholics as he is Born-again. My friend put a crucifix in the basement as a sign of her faith, and Mr. Biernacki ripped it down snapping it in half.
