| [11-Jun-2014] Belinda Owusu is a crook! During my stay here she took over a month to fix an issue. Then when I demanded it be done she called me horrible names and stated "I should have never have rented to the likes of you". She returned my pet deposit with cleaning, garbage removal, and carpet cleaning removed which is fair enough. I left a heavy TV that I could not carry in the basement and homes need to be cleaned. However my security deposit was two months rent. I broke the least two months before renewal. The last month she got a tenet and refused to give me my one months rent claiming that there was a stained carpet (carpet cleaning bill paid for by me and also not true!), drywall replacement and painting (nothing to do with me) and also that the toilet leaked and caused damage while I was gone and if I had been there it would not have happened (such BS). When I demanded to see these recites she told me that I was threatening her and she could charge me extra for these items. Luckily for her it would cost me more money to fly back to the state and get an attorney then to just lose my hard earned money. Thankfully I believe in Karma. PLEASE DO NOT rent from this woman. Let my horrible experience be a lesson! | |
