COMMENTS (1)
[12-Jun-2014] All this landlord worries about is money. Me and many other tenants have had multiple complaints about heat and air as far as the pipes freezing and ventilation. We had a problem with mice and she refused to call the exterminator and gave us glue traps and sound boxes you plug into the wall. She will put the least amount of effort into fixing any damaged house items. We signed a lease including a dish washer and she never fixed it. I dont think we were able to use it once. I would never rent from her again. She is prompt when it comes to the rent due but any other issues she seems busy or un interested
