[20-Jun-2014] Do not rent from this slum lord! I rented for 6 years and he turned into a scum bag when I was moving out! He tried to charge me for the appliances that were from the 80's and broken. They were broken when I moved in! Michael is a very odd man that will drop Holy water off at your front door and then turn around and talk about his sex life with you. Eeewww...I don't want to hear about an old man's sexs life! I always paid my rent and never was a problem tenant. In fact when I told him I was buying a house and moving out he begged me to stay. Then when I moved out he refused to meet me and do a final walk through and refused to give me my deposit back...scum bag! He also tried to say my boyfried was living there when in fact he wasn't. Just stay away from this guy...there are plenty of GOOD landlandlords out there that aren't creepers!
