[04-Jul-2014] This is the worst landlord I ever had. Never made a repair when did used broken parts, only time they even made an attempt is when we told them we were leaving. Did not clean apartment before we moved in and we had apartment painted and rugs cleaned abs they claimed it was not good enough. These people don't even have a fire alarm in this home. It's illegal and you have to pay in cash every month so the irs doesn't know they rent out homes. Wouldn't recommend these people to a homeless person, it's not just her it's her husband and sons too! Watch out they will blame you for not fixing their properties!
