COMMENTS (1)
[19-Jul-2014] He purchased our rental from our old LL, and immediately tried to raise the rent. Luckily, this was not allowed due to the writing of the lease. We have had more problems with him getting to do repairs than I've ever had with another LL. He takes days to respond to calls. He makes appointments with you and never shows up. He only eventually makes repairs when it becomes an emergency situation. Researching his name shows he's been fined by the Allegheny County Health Department numerous times for negligence. Had I had an option, I would have moved prior to the sale, knowing he would be my LL. I would NEVER rent from him willingly, and would advise others to do the same.
