[30-Jul-2014] Makes unrealistic and occasionally illegal demands of tenants including: Forcing you to help pay for the internet of her museum on the first floor Refuses to let you use the recycling bin as it could potentially be stolen Taking out the trash every. single. day. Taking care of her plants Covering 60-70% of hardwood floors with area rugs Ask for permission to have guests over Lives in NJ and tries to avoid coming to the building yet refuses to hire a property manager. Incredibly rude and writes almost entirely unintelligible emails, mostly between 1 and 4 AM. Will repeatedly yell at you whenever she gets confused which is quite often. Overall an unpleasant person to deal with which is unfortunate as her husband is quite amiable and easy to work with.
