[31-Aug-2014] This landlord did not keep any promises about repairs and improvements to the property that were made prior to moving in. He did not complete repairs timely or properly, often replacing a broken or improperly functioning item with a used one of poorer quality, and the replacement items usually functioned worse that the broken item. This includes toilets, faucets, clothes dryers. The house was in complete disrepair with broken and warped floors and beams, significant water damage, and a very leaky roof. It was filthy upon move in, and the landlord stored junk items (broken toilets and scooters mostly) on the property. And worst of all, he kept my entire deposit after lying to my face and via email about refunding the entire amount. I would never recommend anyone to rent from this person. |
