COMMENTS (1)
[25-Aug-2014] Randy Haddock allows nuisance neighnors to rent his inherited property. He has been contacted by neighbors and the HOA to address concerns about violence in the home, noise violations, city code violations, and too many people living in the home and loitering around the home. Randy Haddock (Plano, TX) does not live in the home- he inherited it and collects rent only. He does not care what happens to the neighborhood. The house used be nice but now has dirt and weeds instead of grass on the front yard. There are at least 5 cars parked around the home, sometimes on the grass. One neighbor called CPS due to the violence the children in the home are exposed to. Randy Haddock does not care about anyone else's concerns but his own pocket. The greed in unfortunate.
