ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[22-Sep-2014] Mark never came by in a timely manner for any repairs. He was more concerned with is vacations than his property. Moving in he was ok but after that everything went down hill fast. Mark failed to mention the basement conditions as well as the washer and dryer in the basement for the second floor tenants. If you had concerns he would make up some story as to addressing them. There was no move in inspection or move out inspection. He took DAYS to repair things and he only did whatever was cheapest. I had to take care of the hornets nest in the railing outside and buy the spray for them. The hot water would have taken a week if my father hadn't shown him how to fix it 3 days after move in. Mark then went off on vacation for 2 weeks while I was waiting for my money from him it took him 3 weeks to get the money back to me. Not to mention I he did not give me all of my money back that he owed me even though he said he would via text. When asked why I was missing money he fumbled for some excuse then told me to "shut up and listen this is why you didn't get that money back' and to get a life. He has let the tenants take care of the property and never pays them back for their time in any way. I have never seen such a lazy landlord in my time of renting and hope I never do again. He is a liar and will make sure he gets paid every month but will do nothing with the property. Spare yourself the aggravation and DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!!!!
