[14-Nov-2014] I will leave all the emotions out and stick with the facts. Upon leaving the apartment, Janet made up two companies which supposedly cleaned and repaired the apartment. She mailed me photos and receipts from these companies that total hundreds of dollars. However, these companies never existed. I called her out on it and she ended up refunding the money she took out of my security deposit for the fees of these non-existent companies, without apology. Then, some time later I accidentally mailed a big purchase from WalMart for my new home to my old address in Garfield where Janet resides. Instead of contacting me to pick up all the boxes and carpet, she let all my stuff sit out there for days, even in the rain, and called USPS to pick it up and now I can't track it and it's a whole big mess. I paid my rent on time, never disrespected her, and was a good tenant. I would never go back and I would highly suggest you stay away from this landlord.
