ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[14-May-2015] This landlord was very accommodating when it came to paying rent, as long as they were kept in the loop. However, when repairs were brought to their attention, they made excuses as to why they weren't getting done. Examples are as follows: 1) Exterior railing was unsafe and it took my daughter falling through it for them to fix it. 2) The interior railing was loose and as of the day we moved out (Feb. 2015), it still wasn't fixed. and 3) There were 3 electrical outlets in the apartment connected to the GFI in the bathroom. I asked why, they said that is was to avoid going down to the basement to reset the circuit. This is because they didn't want anyone messing with the circuit breakers. I asked them to fix this because and it wasn't up to code and they said they wouldn't do it. There also was no GFI near the kitchen sink.
There are structural cracks in the apartment and they said that's normal. I don't thinks so. Be careful of this landlord because they over charge for "normal wear and tear" repairs, which they can't charge for but due to current circumstances, my wife and i are unable to sue them for the $500.00 of our security deposit that they kept. Even though the landlord's representative, Patti Liston, said everything looked fine.

I would not recommend this landlord to anyone.
