[21-Apr-2016] I am a responsible, OCD, traveling executive for a govt agency. I thought She was nice until I signed contract and immediately changed personalities after receiving my deposit. I had concerns within hours of signing lease, I tried to discuss them and all I got was "you don't have to move in but I'm keeping the deposit" she is very controlling, enters house as she feels fit, some weeks it was daily. Turns off Internet when she gets upset, which I pay half of. Purposely Stomps around the house, above you. Literally changes what she wants from you as she feels fit even if it's stated otherwise in the lease. Had to hire an atty just to get my mail from her and stop her threats of increasing utilities and demanding more money and unjust fees. Keeps track of your guests & how long they are there. The door between her space and mine only locks from her side-creepy! The smells that come from her cooking into the basement of Asian spices and fish are nauseating. Offered several times to move out. I think she tries to get renters to do it just to keep deposits and then sue for remaining lease. Will not return texts about repairs then accuses you of causing the damage: broken plumbing due to rust, broken fridge due to burnt fuse, dog feces on property (I have no dog!)
Degrading texts that are unsubstantiated. Literally pages of texts & videos of her irrational behavior. (Happy to provide) If your looking to be mothered, controlled, or babysat, this is the place! I'm breaking free after a 9 month sentence, and her rental ad on ksl is full of false info! Best of luck to her next victim. I wish More knew of & used this site.
