[23-Jul-2016] Jin is a dreadful, sneaky landlord. He mows the lawn when neighbors call the city to report that it is waist-high. He is slow about snow removal. He does his own repairs, and will not do them unless you threaten to withold rent. There is no thermostat in the apartment - it is controlled by him. When he goes on vacation in the winter, he turns the heat off leaving the tenants freezing & file complaints with the city. He makes you pay cash so that his income appears lower than it actually is.
