ADDITIONAL COMMENTS (1)
[14-Sep-2016] JV is a very friendly and easygoing man. The previous tenants were disgusting - the place was filthy and dirty dishes and furniture were left behind, and one of my housemates reported having to pull worms out of the kitchen sink and she wasn't able to move in until a few days after our lease began because the previous tenants didn't move out promptly in time, who justified the disgusting nature of the place as being from the tenants before THEM. JV is very busy, but has made time to address the most pressing issues, such as our leaking roof and a pipeline in the backyard. Overall, he is a great landlord and I'm grateful to have him.
