[31-Dec-2016] This lady's pretty high up there on the "crazy" scale. She'll expect you to clean and sort your garbage according to her exacting standards, at which point she will store the trash in the laundry room. Expect to be yelled at if you move the towel she's got covering the sofa so the dogs she has never bothered to train won't jump up on it, or if you move the basket of plastic bags she's got blocking the laundry machine from use.
Basically, expect to be picked on, bullied, and belittled. Expect that she will treat your time as though it is her time, and will interrupt you while reading, watching television, or otherwise attempting to conduct your own life.
This lonely woman thinks her roommates are there for her to use to soothe her own clearly massive emotional wounds. She's got no friends or family in town, so she's going to make your life a hell to match her own.
The house is pretty nice, but you're not going to get much of a chance to enjoy it.
This is literally the least accommodating person you'll ever meet, and one of the worst at communicating in a direct and effective manner. Her idea of having a conversation is her yelling while you stand silently [staring in bewilderment at the explosion happening in front of your face].
The dogs are sweet, but one of them bites and the other two have never been trained. They will follow you into the bathroom if you let them, and can't be trusted not to eat out of your dishes since she lets them eat out of hers.
Basically, the woman is gross and has no respect for other people.
The room may be cheap, but you can find better for the same price. Moreover, there's really no good reason to live in Jefferson unless you prefer no internet and a half-hour commute to anywhere worth being.
The horses are cute, but she doesn't really know how to ride or interact with them in a healthy or safe way. If you're a horse person, I'd advise you avoid this situation so you don't become frustrated and upset about it.
Generally, if you're a person with feelings and a relatively decent social life and solid sense of self, I'd avoid this.
