[04-Jan-2017] I lived at this location for 5 years until new ownership took over in late 2016 under this landlord. The new landlord is very cruel and issued a series of unreasonable lease changes including living policy changes and rent increases $200+ . The new landlord has never run a building before and it shows in the way that the tenants are now being treated. I left the building immediately after the ownership change. While I recommend the apartments for living in, under the current ownership this place is a no go - unless you enjoy being subject to lease changes at will and rent increases each year. This landlord also went as far as putting signs up on other tenants porches to harass them with new policy changes. I would stay away from this landlord.
